You can object to us holding your professional contact details at any time. You do not need an account or a reason. Enter the email address you want removed.

Takes effect immediately. We do not email you to confirm, so nothing lands in your inbox.

What happens

  • Every record matching that address is deleted from the database within seconds.
  • The address is added to a suppression list, so a future import of the same source cannot bring it back. We store a one-way hash of the address, not the address itself.
  • The removal is recorded in our audit log, without the address.
  • Customers who revealed the record in the previous 12 months are notified that it has been withdrawn.

Other rights

For access to what we hold, correction, portability, or a complaint, write to privacy@arthanetworks.com. We answer within 30 days and usually within two working days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
