Frequently asked questions
- What is free?
- Searching every organisation: type, thesis, sectors, geography, instruments and ticket size, with every filter and count. A free account also opens 5 full profiles a month, keeps one saved search, and reveals 10 people a month. Names are hidden on the free plan: each person you reveal shows their name and email and uses one of the 10, and the count resets on the 1st.
- What is a verified contact reveal?
- Showing the email and direct details of a person whose address we have confirmed is deliverable. A reveal counts once per contact per workspace, ever. Addresses we have not verified are shown with an "Unverified" label and never use your allowance: we do not charge for a guess.
- How do the allowances reset?
- Everything is counted per calendar month and resets on the 1st (UTC). Pro includes 150 verified reveals and 500 exported organisations a month. Team includes 1,000 verified reveals and 2,500 exported organisations a month, shared across its seats.
- How are exports counted?
- By the number of different organisations you download in a month, not by rows. Downloading the same organisation twice in a month counts once. A file contains organisation data plus the contacts you have already revealed.
- What happens when I reach a limit?
- Search, filters and profiles keep working. Only the limited action pauses until the 1st, or until you upgrade. Before every download, the panel shows how many organisations the file will contain.
- Is there an API?
- Yes, on Enterprise: the REST API, CRM sync and embeds, with a named data steward and an SLA. Enterprise is sold on an annual contract from €9,000 a year.
- Do you offer discounts?
- Verified nonprofits and academic institutions get 40% off. Members of Impact for Breakfast get 20% off Pro. Customers billed in low- and lower-middle-income countries get 50% off Pro and Team. Write to us with your organisation and we will send you a code.
- Do you sell contact data to third parties?
- No. Personal data is processed under GDPR Article 6(1)(f), legitimate interest. Anyone listed can ask to have their record corrected or removed, and removal requests are applied across the database.
